GET AFTER IT


Dumbbell Row - 8-12 reps x 2

Dumbbell Incline - 12-15 reps x 2

Pull ups - 10-12-x 3

"Jack Knifes" - HEAVY (135) 8-10 - Both arms x 2

Dumbbell clean squat overhead press - x 3

Wall Throws - (grey and white ball) 25-20-15
